Whats the delivery time and when do you ship items?
Deilvery time should be 5-7 days . Please allow 24 hours after payment for us to ship your item. You will get tracking number within 48 hours of payment .We ship items 6 dayz a week except for on sunday.
What if there ws a problem with my item?
Please contact us asap with an email explaining the problem and we will work to correct the problem . We Do not duck and hide from our customers. We understand mistakes happen and we want to solve the problem. We have no reason not to return emails or calls, we just dont do that type of thing and never will.If a business cant return you email about a problem within 48 hours then dont deal with them again. You will not have that problem here we promise you that
Are all prices final?
No way. Most prices are fix but there plenty of items that you can ask about and we will talk about the price with you. If we can lower it we sure will. If you are repeat customers or you bring use new business then you will alway get a price cut for either one of those we just mention.
How often can i expect to see new items at this website.
daily. we get new cellphones everyday and we will try to list them but they sell fast locally. With alot of items we just waiting on the calls from our suplliers about new items. They email us everyday. We think of them has part of the team so we work close with them to get you new items as soon as the get to the market.
